The general summer theme has centered around the word "Peace". What does it mean? When I asked the children a few of them agreed that it meant "Shhhh, be quiet and leave me alone". Most likely it was spoken as "Please let me rest, I just need a little peace and quiet". So in trying to gain an understanding of what it means to experience peace inside so that we can be peaceful outside we have been blessed to have had lessons in Yoga, Tai Chi, Nature Exploration, Movement, How to Tell Your Story and Dance. Currently, we are working on pottery. Over the next few Sundays the children will enjoy painting and creating their projects as the spiritual story is created by Jane Langford.

Exciting News: CHILDCARE IS NOW OFFERED so that our families can enjoy the programs that are being provided at Unity! Thank you Beth! Pre-registration is required.

Volunteers Needed. There will be a training workshop on Saturday October 11th at 1:30. Sign up cards are available in the church foyer for anyone that may be interested.

Our children are so enlightening and have so much to share. They truly live in the now of the moment and speak directly from their hearts. It is a real blessing to be able to share experiences with them along their spiritual journey. Those of us that work with them find we have learned so much more from them than we could ever imagine. If every person in our church family could teach one Sunday a year just think how much we could learn.
